Residential finance terms are offered at 60 months, with amortizations available over 60, 144, and 180 months. If you are unsure what you chose when you bought your equipment, please contact us at 1-888-533-3309.
If you chose the 60-month amortization, your loan is paid off. If you choose an amortization of 144 or 180 months, your loan, much like a mortgage, will be renewed for a new 5-year term.
The finance rate will not change during the term, but if you have chosen a longer amortization, it could change at the time of renewal to the current rate, lower or higher.
Unlike a rental, when you sell the home, the loan must be paid out in full and is not transferable.
Yes, the loan is completely open and can be paid off at any time, with no penalties for early payout.
The warranty on the equipment is whatever is offered by the manufacturer and installation contractor. If you are unsure, please contact your contractor.
You call the contractor from whom you purchased the equipment. We are simply the financing company that enabled that contractor to offer the finance program to you. Please remember that breakdown protection is not covered under a finance agreement.
